89th Annual Meeting and Exhibition

IBTTA is headed to Anaheim, California for our 89th Annual Meeting & Exhibition! This is IBTTA’s first in-person conference in more than TWO YEARS – since the 2019 Annual Meeting in Halifax.  And finally, it’s official and registration is opening. Here’s what’s happening in Anaheim:

HEALTH & SAFETY. The health and safety of IBTTA meeting attendees is our top priority. We will monitor local, state, and federal official guidance and follow recommended COVID-19 protocols and onsite precautions. As new developments arise, we will adapt and keep you informed of any changes. We will communicate onsite health and safety measures and requirements for in-person attendance at least two weeks before the start of the event.

NETWORKING. There will be many opportunities to be together in relaxed settings such as the Opening Event at Las Brisas on Sunday evening, a Networking Reception with Exhibitors on Monday evening, and the Closing Dinner on Tuesday evening in the hotel.  Also, several special interest groups are meeting during the conference including the Women in Tolling, Young Professionals Council, The Leadership Academy Alumni Association, the Executives Roundtable, and the New Member and First-Time Attendee Reception. And, throughout the meeting, you’ll find an Exhibit Hall full of industry vendors and consultants brimming with excitement to see you.  Check out how to become a sponsor or exhibitor and review all of the current SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS in the tab above.

EDUCATION.  The Annual Meeting planning group is building general sessions and breakout sessions on topics such as the toll facility of the future, leadership, transportation equity and policy, workforce trends, new technology, and mobility models, V2X and beyond, and the ever-popular “Trend Talks”. The program is filling out and you can find the most updated information on the AGENDA tab above.

GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP.  Join us on Saturday afternoon for the Board of Directors Town Hall meeting to hear progress reports from more than a dozen committees, task forces, councils, and working groups. And join us on Tuesday morning for the Annual Business Meeting and election of new officers and directors.

RECOGNITION. Along with our annual Toll Excellence Awards, President Mark Compton will present the first-ever Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award on Monday morning. Additionally, the first Leadership Academy Alum of the Year award, Honorary Members, Foundation Scholarships, and recognition of the participants in the Toll Immersion Program are all part of the program.
